The first edition of I’M IN gets underway, the International Graduate Program of the IMI CIB Division!  

An 18-month professional path, consisting of some international experiences as well as, cross-functional job rotations within the IMI CIB Division after which, the selected people will join as Analyst the Global Markets and Advisory & ESG teams.

I’M IN Graduate Program is dedicated to new master’s graduates in economic-financial, statistical and quantitative disciplines, with a strong interest in the world of finance. It offers a permanent contract as Analyst in the London or Milan offices, by undertaking a customized and accelerated developing program.

I'M IN: a stimulus to get involved, but above all, to become an active part of our Division’s growth and distinctiveness, by providing the selected candidates with an opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, that can expand their skills and network.

From 11 March to 3 April the involved persons can submit their application in the section of the Career Site of the Group and - if consistent with the requirements - take part in the selection process, to be able to participate in the Contest Day of 19 June!
